Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. Digital service, no physical shipping

Silvermax Connect is web-based software sold as a monthly subscription. We do not sell or ship physical goods. There is no courier, no shipping address, and no shipping charge.

2. What we deliver

When you buy a plan, we deliver access to a Connect workspace with the seats and linked child-account capacity of that plan:

• Starter: up to 1 seat and 5 linked child accounts, at ₹4,999 per month plus 18% GST
• Practice: up to 3 seats and 25 linked child accounts, at ₹14,999 per month plus 18% GST
• Desk: up to 10 seats and 100 linked child accounts, at ₹39,999 per month plus 18% GST

You use Connect in a web browser, so there is nothing to install or receive by post.

3. Delivery timeline

We activate your workspace within 2 business days after both of these are complete: your payment is successful, and KYC for your investment advisory is complete. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

If you pay before KYC is complete, the timeline starts when KYC is complete. We email you if we need any further documents.

4. How delivery is confirmed

We email the address used for your workspace request with confirmation that the workspace is active, sign-in details, and the GST invoice for your payment.

5. Renewals

Plans renew monthly. When a renewal payment succeeds, your workspace continues without interruption. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

6. Delays and non-delivery

If your workspace is not active within 2 business days of successful payment and completed KYC, email info@silvermax.capital with your firm name and payment reference, or call +91 98458 19813.

If we do not activate your workspace within 7 days of payment for reasons within our control, you may cancel and receive a full refund, as set out in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

7. Service area

Connect is offered to investment advisories in India. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Because delivery is online, the same timeline applies anywhere in India.
