Refunds & Cancellations

1. What you are buying

Connect sells prepaid digital software capacity. Plans and monthly prices in Indian Rupees (INR), exclusive of 18% GST, are:

• Starter: ₹4,999 per month for up to 1 seat and 5 linked child accounts
• Practice: ₹14,999 per month for up to 3 seats and 25 linked child accounts
• Desk: ₹39,999 per month for up to 10 seats and 100 linked child accounts

There are no physical goods. We do not ship hardware, and there is nothing to return by courier.

2. How the service is delivered

After you pay and complete KYC for your investment advisory, we activate a workspace in the Connect software. Delivery is online. Access starts when we turn the workspace on, not when a parcel is dispatched.

3. Cancellation

Email info@silvermax.capital from the address on the account, with your firm name and the plan you want to cancel. You can also call +91 98458 19813.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. The workspace stays available until the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. Refunds

You may request a full refund of the amount paid, including GST, within 7 days of the first successful payment if we have not yet activated the workspace.

After the workspace is activated, or after those 7 days, whichever comes first, the fee for the current period is not refundable. If you cancel a later renewal before that period starts, we refund that unused period.

Duplicate charges and payments that fail to settle are refunded in full.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of our confirmation. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@silvermax.capital with the firm name, plan name, payment date, and payment reference. We confirm whether the request meets this policy and, if it does, start the refund.
