2. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Information you submit on the workspace request form: name, investment advisory firm name, email, phone, and optional notes
• Contact details if you email us
• Billing details when you buy a plan: firm name, GSTIN, billing address, and the payment reference, amount, and status we receive from our payment gateway
• Basic technical data such as browser type, device, IP address, and pages visited, which may be collected by our hosting provider as part of normal server logs

We do not ask for broker passwords, OTPs, or trading-account credentials through this website.

Card, UPI, and net-banking details are entered on our payment gateway partner's secure pages and processed by that partner. We do not see or store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Respond to workspace requests and complete advisory KYC
• Communicate about onboarding, plans, and support
• Operate, secure, and improve the website and software
• Meet legal or regulatory obligations where applicable

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to provide investment advice or trading signals.
